Expansion within our Client’s Group has led to the need to appoint an additional Branch Administrator. You should have relevant Financial Services Administration experience and a first had knowledge of Financial software including 1^st would be an advantage. You will be based in our Client’s Head Office on the Wirral (near Chester). General duties will include the following:-

 

v             Answering telephone and re-directing calls as required.

v             Greeting individual callers and dealing with as required

v             Processing new business applications in a timely and compliant manner

v             Liaising with product providers, clients and advisors as necessary

v             Inputting new business and maintaining and ensuring that new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date

v             Issue of annual statements to group scheme members

v             Assist with group scheme renewals

v             To follow cases through to issue and payment

v             To send out policy documents and file copies

v             All Filing – creating new files and maintaining existing files

v             Provide general administrative and clerical support, as required
